Albert moved to Snuneymuxw territory in 2015 and joined the team at Nanaimo Art Gallery in 2023. He grew up in Alberta and studied art at the University of Lethbridge. Before joining the team he worked in the commercial film industry for many years but never gave up his passion for the arts and is thrilled to be back in the art world. He has never felt closer or that he contributed more to his community than since he started with Nanaimo Art Gallery.
