Nanaimo Art Gallery has a weekly Teen Art Drop-In, and a Youth Art Collective program throughout the school year, as well as a Youth Art Immersive in late summer.

The Teen Art Drop-In offers use of the Gallery's Art Lab space and materials. Rooted in building community and making new connections in a relaxed setting, it is guided by local artists.

The Youth Art Collective and the Youth Art Immersive, aim to create a safer space where youth can explore technical and conceptual art skills, featuring professional artists and projects inspired by our exhibitions.
