Cancellation Policy Camps & Classes
Normal Refund Policy:
Cancellation requests received within 48 hours prior to the start of the first class will receive a full refund minus a $20 administration fee. Cancellations after this time are subject to the $20 administration fee and the cost of any classes taken. We do not issue refunds after the second class.
COVID-19 Refund Policy:
Registration fees will be fully refunded for any participant staying home to prevent spreading COVID-19, or to protect a vulnerable family member if transmission rates in British Columbia increase. If the public health situation in British Columbia around the spread of COVID-19 requires a tightening of restrictions, one or all camp sessions/classes may be cancelled before or during the session. In the case of a cancellation before the camp/class begins, 100% of registration fees will be refunded. Camps/classes cancelled mid-session will be refunded a prorated portion of the registration fee.
REFUND POLICY – THE GALLERY STORE
All Gallery Store sales are final and items are not exchangeable, except in circumstances where items are damaged or defective at the time of sale. Clothing items may be exchanged for a different size based on available stock, only if tags are attached and the item is not damaged.
