Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy for Classes & Workshops: 

Cancellation requests received 7 days prior to the start of the first class will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable $20 administration fee per registration. If fewer than 7 days notice is provided, no refunds will be given.

Refund Policy for ProD Day, Spring Break & Summer Camps

Cancellation requests received 14 days prior to the start of the first class will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable $20 administration fee per registration. If fewer than 14 days notice is provided, no refunds will be given.

COVID-19 Refund Policy

Registration fees will be fully refunded for any participant staying home to prevent spreading COVID-19, or to protect a vulnerable family member if transmission rates in British Columbia increase. If the public health situation in British Columbia around the spread of COVID-19 requires a tightening of restrictions, one or all camp sessions/classes may be cancelled before or during the session. In the case of a cancellation before the camp/class begins, 100% of registration fees will be refunded. Camps/classes cancelled mid-session will be refunded a prorated portion of the registration fee.

Refund Policy for the The Gallery Store

All Gallery Store sales are final and items are not exchangeable, except in circumstances where items are damaged or defective at the time of sale. Clothing items may be exchanged for a different size based on available stock, only if tags are attached and the item is not damaged.

Refund Policy for School Programs

We require one week’s written notice to cancel a School Program at no charge. Please email [email protected] to cancel. A late cancellation fee of $20 will be charged to the school if insufficient notice is given. Should programs be cancelled due to restrictions around COVID19, cancellation charges will not apply. Should programs be cancelled due to inclement weather, cancellation charges will not apply.
